At Aazhi, we ensure your traditional herbal products are carefully packaged and delivered to your doorstep in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
- All locations within India
- Pan-India delivery including metro cities, tier-2, and tier-3 cities
- Remote areas may experience extended delivery times
- International shipping: Currently unavailable (coming soon)
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed with care:
- Order processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed the next business day
- During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing may take 2-3 business days
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines after order dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier-2 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Tier-3 Cities & Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499
- Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹499
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and cart value
5. Order Tracking
Stay updated on your order:
- You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is shipped
- Track your order in real-time using the tracking link provided
- For tracking issues, contact our customer support team
6. Packaging
We care about sustainability:
- All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
- We use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible
- Each order includes product information and usage instructions
7. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
- If delivery fails, the package will be returned to us
- Return-to-origin orders will be refunded after deducting shipping charges
- Ensure accurate delivery address and contact information to avoid delays
8. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors, building security, or alternative delivery locations
- Contact us within 48 hours with your order details
- We will investigate with our courier partners and arrange a replacement or refund
9. Address Changes
Address modifications are only possible before order dispatch. Once shipped, delivery addresses cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address.
10. Holidays and Special Circumstances
During national holidays, festivals, or extreme weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.
