At Aazhi, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted herbal products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact
• Products must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering
• Return request must be initiated by contacting our customer support team

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our herbal products, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
• Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events (unless defective)
• Customized or personalized orders

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
• Return shipping costs will be borne by Aazhi for defective/damaged items

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method with 7 days
• Exchange your order will be exchanged and replacement will delivered with in 7 days
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
• Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days)

5. Return Shipping

For standard returns (non-defective products), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer replacements for damaged or defective items only. For different product variants or sizes, please place a new order.

7. Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted:

• Before order dispatch: Full refund with no charges
• After dispatch: Subject to return policy terms
• Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order
